Carpet Cleaning
Each cleaning includes
Preassessment - areas to be cleaned will be given a thorough assesement, addressing with you any concerns.
Pretreatment - Prespray breaks loose & separates soil, grease, & contaminants in fibers, prepping the carpet for extraction.
Extraction Cleaning- Carpets will then be cleaned, rinsed & extracted using our powerful Truck-mounted Hot Water Extraction system - (what is referred to as "steam cleaning") This system does not use steam but hot water that is injected into the carpet, then extracted & rinsed, leaving the carpet soft to the touch,
RX 20 Dual process - We also feature our RX 20 system when needed at no extra charge. This aggressive method is very effective and does an excellent job on the dirtiest of carpets.
Upholstery Cleaning
Frequent cleaning of your upholstery will ensure the life of your furniture to last longer as well as protecting your health by removing dust and dander. Before cleaning, it is important to identify the fabric for the correct cleaning process.
The CDR tech will determine which process is best for your fabric.
We use a Hot Water extraction system on most cleanings with a dry cleaning method available for delicate fibers, taking all precautions not to damage fibers from bleeding, shrinkage, or discoloration.
